Lack of bass.

Customer service is terrible. One if the earbuds is not working and I have been trying to either get it replaced and refund. They are slow to respond by email and no phone number is available.

Love these earphones. Charge lasts a long time, sound is great, fit is comfortable and the stay on my ears when running or doing fitness apps. I use them for more than running!
