7" Damascus Fillet REBEX

I haven't used this knife yet however, it's by far the most beautiful knife I've ever owned. Super sharp and built very well. Fast delivery. I can't imagine this won't be a fantastic knife to trim meat for my smoker. I'll update once I've had a couple chances to use it. Super nice knife, I love it!

I have only got a chance to use this knife a couple of times but it’s been great so far. Extremely sharp out of the box so time will tell I guess.
