The products are great! And worth the wait and price. This time I ordered one at the end of November as a Christmas gift and during the manufacturing process it was damaged. I was a little disappointed to find this out in January, after a few emails, that seemed to go unnoticed, in December to the company. I understand things happen, I get that. And I didnt mind waiting the extra time for them to make and ship a new one. I just wish I was contacting sooner with the problem so I would have known what was going on with my order. This is the second time I’ve ordered from the company and the first time went flawless! And I would definitely order from them again, without hesitation. Very happy with the products! Disappointed with the customer service this time around.
