Brilliant it replaces one that we got at the museum in Normandy were the soldier statues were set

Nice mugs but the boxes were looking tired and one of three mug handles was broken. The return process seems straightforward but involves sending stuff back first. I won’t bother but suffice to say the people I spoke with about a return/replacement were pleasant and helpful.
