Excellent customer service and amazing support from the people at Mediocre Studios! I found that a helmet wasn't available for my country, but thanks to the team at Mediocre Studios, they opened an option for me to choose my country for shipping and delivered the product in excellent condition. My heart goes out to the team who worked on my helmet, they showed me photos of the entire process and even told me that they considered changing the visor as it came out the wrong colour. I told them it was all ok and they were extremely grateful and gave the helmet a more unique look. (Thank you so much guys, you did great! <3) 11/10. Excellent service. I highly recommend them for their support.
