How Good Is That !!

A great coat at a good price. Even better because there was a problem with two clips of about six on the hood. I suggested to Rainbird that I would take the coat ( I liked the colour) notwithstanding the fault - just reduce the price a bit. They refunded the full purchase price and said I could keep the coat. How Good Is That !!
