Fantastic Items and Excellent Customer Service

The customer service for this business is the best I've experienced in years. Item arrived timely and my daughter was thrilled with everything inside the box. It really made her very happy and took her mind off of the serious debilitating illness she's fighting currently

Really enjoyed the contents of the box especially the tote bag, stickers and journal but there was certain items that I would have preferred such as the tumbler design was hardly visible and the size is massive.

The bag was cute but the rest of the box was underwhelming. Counting one single sticker as an item seems like a joke to me. If I didn't count the one sticker, my box only received 5 items. The socks had a cute pattern, but aren't a good style. They are huge mens size socks and go halfway up my calf. The plastic shelf decoration was cute, but felt cheap. The plastic keychain was also cute but also felt cheap. The final item was a notepad. I'd say that other than the tote bag, this was the only other item I liked. All in all I would not say this box was even close to being worth what they say it's worth.
