Still works well

I bought a couple of Sticks in the late 1990's (one for home, the other for the office). They both broke in the mid-2020's; I got a good 25 years out of them. The one I just bought in early 2026 is very similar to the first Stick I got. The difference is that grips have a rougher texture. I expect to get another 25 years of stretching my legs with the new Stick.

The stick is as expected and a great tool for myofascial tissue release. Lost my previous one (someone swiped it at the gym) and happy to have a replacement. If you don't have one, you should get one. It works wonders!

Save the knees!

I am having great success keeping my leg muscles stretched out so my IT band doesn’t hold my knee hostage! Cheers to The Stick!
