Looks goods, need a lot of patience

wanted to say that I am very happy with the look of my new necklace. Only the little piece with the black dot in it, is always stack halfway. Its such a struggle to get is loose en in the right place. I have the feeling that its too small, and the necklace turns and then its going nowhere. I have a lot of patience with it, because I like it. But its not the best product I own from you. Hopefully you can do something with my feedback <3
