No customer service

The lock in itself is great but forget about getting any support when you have questions about the software. I'm trying to add additional locks to my facility that are compatible with the software and could not get an answer at any of the emails. I tried calling in December, sent an email in January with no response. The lock is built well and works as designed, same for the software - it is well built. The only complain is that there is zero customer service on the software end and compatible items are not clearly listed and described.
