Overpriced. Low quality. Low security.
This is def not a high security lock and for the price and quality, anyone is better off getting any old combination lock from the local hardware store. I uninstalled it and threw it in the garage. After extensive research the best high security gate locks are unfortunately not combination locks but key locks (not sure why that’s the case) and they also should have at least one dead bolt in addition to main (low security) bolt.

No Customer Service
I bought this and it was the wrong item. Ordered the correct lock and have been trying to return this one for several weeks. Have tried to filled out their online return form several times but doesn’t work. Have made numerous calls to be told that they can’t help me because they arent’t customer support. Was even told that there website was beiing updated. Have sent an email to customer support with no response. I'm now beyond the return window. Will keep trying but beware if you order the wrong lock you may not be able to return. Terrible customer service!

Alright
The functionality overall is good, however, the pin that holds the handle on twist easily so we had guests twist the handle around when they had difficulty opening the door and had to replace some interior parts. If you have to be ADA compliant you don't have a choice, but if you do, the one with the round handle doesn't have this problem so that would be my tip.
