Didn't come with everything.

It’s a good lock but it didn’t come with the lock core or keys. I reached out the support team and they informed me that I had to buy that separately even though the website clearly says that it comes with everything (including core and keys). So either the description is wrong or someone made a mistake. Either way getting everything I need to actually use the lock has been frustrating.
