Very Frustrated!

I ordered one box and then got an email saying thanks for my month-to-month subscription. I may have entered it wrong . . . so I logged in cancelled the subscription and received an email confirming my cancellation. Then the first of the month came and I got an email thanking me for RENEWING my subscription and they hit my credit card for another $42. There was no number on the website so I had to chat with a bot. Not helpful at all and no resolution.

First time: super fun

We had so much fun and learned so much! It took our group of 3 about two and a half hours (with a snack break and some google rabbit holes) and we’re excited to do another one. Thanks!
