Nice start!

It was enjoyable to make the January sticky toffee pudding. Had to freeze some since there are only two of us. I have only made caramel once previously and forgot that it takes so long to do it correctly. My only comment is that I would have liked a time estimate on this process since it was quite lengthy. Now, I can look forward to February!
