This massage bed is very well made of lovely wood and appears to be quite sturdy. It is easy to assemble, even without a second set of hands. We purchased this table for someone who finds getting onto the floor difficult, so that she can complete various “floor” exercises designed by her personal trainer. We got the wider width and it has been perfect for this exercise routine. So far, I highly recommend this table.
