Recieved a bluray instead of 4K. Customer service was slow to reply, but claimed they would send the correct item. It's been months now and still no resolution.
Also, product looks smashed. I mean it looks like something you'd get used from Goodwill.
Misleading product information.
Dishonest and slow customer service.

Received standard Blu-ray copy rather than the 4K copy I ordered. Supposed to be sent the correct copy but still have yet to receive it
