So far so good! Just baked three loaves and the bottoms are not black! Getting into a rhythm of putting the next loaf in, but so far it’s great. Love that I’m not using a bunch of parchment

I love these mats. They are so much better than using parchment paper. The only thing I am little disappointed with is the handles. I find them a little short and it was a bit of a struggle getting them out of my Dutch oven pots without burning myself. The handles stick to the side of the pot and hard to pull them away from the side. Other than that I love them
