Ornate Vintage Gold Frame - 6x7.5

I signed up for the monthly subscription. May's print came sticking up out of the packaging. When I opened the package the print was unsalvageable as it was stuck to the sticky strip to close the packaging. I did reach out to customer service and received the replacement print quickly. This unfortunately isn't the first time I've had to reach out to customer service as the frame came with damaged glass. In waiting for the new frame to arrive I received a sealed envelope from them that was completely empty. While customer service is quite helpful , I don't want to be reaching out on a monthly basis due to packaging issues. I really want to love and support this company but if there is another issue in the future I will be cancelling my subscription.
