Inconsistent
I have a few shirts that are XL and fit perfectly. It's why I recently purchased a bunch more. Unfortunately, they changed the material and sizing. The XL was too large so I exchanged them for L. The L are now too snug. Also, they sent two variants of the same shirt. It is very difficult to get what I need and communication has been rough. The old shirts were great. The new ones, not so much.
