Exactly as described. This place had little reviews so I wasn’t sure whether to trust it or not, especially as delivery isn’t tracked but the package came within a week and I have been using it as an alternative for gum and it works brilliantly. Would recommend.

First time trying, and I have to say it's an absolute game changer. Brilliant stuff and works very quickly. I only took on an empty stomach, twice a day. Sometimes, with warm lemon (organic) water + honey (organic), this definitely enhanced the effect even more). I will be taking 3 times a day as per research. I wanted to see how I would benefit from twice daily. First. I will definitely be ordering again. Hope this helps.
