Pleated Skort

I want to love this skirt just a tiny bit more than I do. I feel it runs a little shorter and tighter than the utility skort, so I'm waffling a bit on the fit and the length. There is just a little more of the short leg showing than I expected. It's also extremely wrinkled out of the package, so I will give it a good steam and see if that improves the hang of the pleats. If not, I will exchange for a size up to a Large. This would normally be much, much too big for me, but given the length of this skirt and the box pleats, I think letting it sit a bit lower on the waist line and not having the pleats separating over the right leg 'slit' will be a far more flattering look. I'm 63. 5'5" and normally wear and 8 or 10 in a skirt. My hips and thighs are slim compared to my waist which is about 30 inches. If you are between sizes or older and prefer not a super short skirt or you are long waisted you might want to size up on this one. Just my opinion.

Love this skort! Great length and is such lovely fabric. I did order up 1-2 sizes because I wanted coverage of the pleats. I just wish it had pockets (which may be an impossible ask). Would 100% order again.
