Overall I’m fairly happy with the result. The construction quality is good—the jerseys feel durable, well-stitched, and made to withstand regular play. The fit and overall finish were solid, and the customization options themselves are a strong point. However, there were some issues with color accuracy and the test print process. The initial test print did not come out as expected, and we specifically called out concerns with the colors—especially the red, which was noticeably lighter and more orange than the NHL color we had selected. While they did respond by sending color-corrected images, those images were applied to the full test print rather than providing a revised physical test. After that, the uniforms were simply produced and shipped. Unfortunately, the final jerseys still had the same issue: the red color was not correct and remained lighter and more orange than what we approved originally. Given how important accurate color matching is for hockey uniforms, this part of the process was disappointing. That said, if you’re prioritizing overall quality and durability, Conway + Banks delivers. Just be aware that the test print and color-matching process may not be as precise as expected, especially if exact NHL color accuracy is critical.
