Terrible customer service.

My son received this boat as a birthday gift, but within the first few minutes of use, the propeller and driveshaft came loose. I tightened it, but shortly after, the parts were completely lost. We’ve been trying to resolve the issue with Exhobby, but it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They have not offered any support—no replacement parts and no exchange. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not purchase from them again. It’s a good example of why many people prefer buying from Amazon.
