Freeze Dried Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Excellent- once correctly rehydrated they bake up nicely and taste a lot like the recipie on the back of that yellow chocolate chip bag. what I like the best though is that portion control is easy. I am finding slowly but surely as I try the freeze dried food I’ve bought that it is easier to be intentional make just what you need or want and not waste anything and that’s a bonus indeed.
