Very discouraging. Why no needed return info from SYB?

I'm discouraged from buying anything else from SYB that I don't already have. . I bought 2 SafeSleeve RF Blocking Blankets, but one was rejected due to poor quality material. My request to SYB for required return info was recognized on Dec. 17, but I haven't received any info or label to return it. As a former long-time customer, this lack of response to meet your 30-day return requirement is preventing me from making another purchase that I wanted.

Blocking blanket

I just received my blocking blanket and am trying it out on myself before my grandson comes to visit. It's so soft and cuddly. I place it over my top half of my body while sleeping and feel confident it's helping me. Thank you.
