Disappointing From the Start – Defective Product and Poor Support

Right out of the box, the Makartt Luxuria Pro Drill looked beautiful—but that’s where the positives end. I never even got to use it because it gets stuck between the lock and unlock position and skips so badly it's completely unusable. I reached out to customer service and faced long delays before finally getting through via chat. I completed the warranty process, was told I’d receive an email—still nothing. On top of that, I was told I’d have to pay to send it back, which feels unacceptable for a defective product. In the meantime, I had to buy a cheap drill just to finish my nails. For something marketed as “luxurious” and “pro,” this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better especially for how much I spent.
