Die Bestellung war ganz o. k. , der Rücksendeprozess allerdings schlecht und kompliziert. Es wirkt, als wolle man es dem Kunden möglichst schwer machen, etwas zurückzuschicken. Ich werde definitiv nichts mehr bestellen!
