I wasn't surprised to learn of the updated Pure XP, I was astonished at the difference in the water quality! Who knew you would out do yourselves here! This is what sets Epic apart from everyone else . I love that you are continually on top of improving the product for your customers. LOVE MY EPIC WATER!

I am so grateful that Epic has gone the extra mile removing contaminants that are so harmful to our health. Too bad they aren’t running the EPA as well! My daughter’s family loves the taste of their water and she likes the aesthetic of the bamboo handle. I sent my Granddaughter, a soccer player for a University team to school a couple years ago, with her own pitcher and filters for the year. She now has roommates who have jumped on the Epic water bandwagon! Thank you Epic 🩷

The new filter was simple to put in the pitcher with one simple extra step. I love the fact that Epic is reducing plastic waste with this new style of filter too.
