Easy to communicate with and it turned out really nice. I asked him to put a ruler on my saw, which isn't an option on the website. No problem and it was inexpensive. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Outstanding work!

I am grateful for the outstanding work done by ZapWizard. The Leatherman Arc has all the Wave functions that I love, but with the FREE blade lock, which I like better than the sidelock of the Wave. The one thing the Arc lacks is the built-in ruler of the Wave. Thanks to ZapWizard and his laser etch work, my Arc now has a ruler.
