Customizable Bail Supreme Iced Out Personalized Custom Name Necklace Pendant

The pendant I ordered was a lot bigger than I expected. I admit I didn’t fully read the policy that states it’s dimensions, however I think the customer service of this company was inconsiderate. I asked them for a credit on the pendant to get something else in equal or lesser value and they would not offer that, stating it’s in their policy not to return custom ordered products. Again, I get the policy, but everything is not always black and white, as a business if you want to retain your customers, you work with them to get the matter resolved. They lost this customer, I will not be shopping with them again.
