initially, I purchased the wrong product by accident. Kostia and company were very helpful facilitating an exchange for the correct product. The Detoxifier works as advertised. I would encourage anyone who is building a pond or similar to work with My Pond and the team. Very helpful and informative team.

Didn't receive my product

After 14 days of waiting for my detoxifier, I had to cancel my order. Not a great experience.
