I purchased my 31" Workstation Sink - Single Bowl - Offset Drain Left (5LS31L) along with the Ledge Accessory Package a few years ago and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I reached out to you approximately three weeks ago to inquire whether or not there were any plans of creating a 2 pc sink grid that would fit my single bowl sink in order to clean my grids in my dishwasher, as the 1 pc Custom-Fitted Stainless-Steel Grid that came as part of the Accessory Package was too large I was overjoyed to hear that Create Good Sinks had just started making custom grids to fit all of your sinks approximately one month prior to my call. I placed my order with the sales representative that day. I was excited to receive my order but was very disappointed with the design that was sent out. Create Good sinks make exceptionally products so when I received the 2 pc grid, that fit perfectly in my sink, only to find that the grid lines did not line up with each other. I was very surprised and extremely disappointed that this was the design quality that I received. I have contacted the Sales Department and was told that there were several customers that shared my disappointment and was told that I should check back in approximately a year to see if Create Good Sinks have figured out a way to supply 2 pc sink grids with the grids lining up together. I understand that some customers may not care when they look down into their sink that the grid lines are not aligned with each other but I would think that there are many customers that have purchased product from you, expect the same quality in product & design. I most definitely will be reaching out to you, hoping for positive news regarding the custom 2-pc sink grids . Love your quality products!
