We start this cake with a dense chocolate cake, a layer of our rich chocolate custard, and a middle layer of our house made cocoa crumble to satisfy all the chocoholics. All that chocolate is offset by a top layer of our light and creamy vanilla custard and is decorated with chocolate ganache and a sprinkle of cocoa crumble.
