1. The sizing guide is unhelpful, and even though I measured my body following the instructions and ordered the correct sizing according to it, the size was way too big. 2. The time it took for the parcel to arrive was way too long. I ordered it in November, and got it in late March. Your customer service said it was USPS at fault which I cannot disagree with (as a few days after I sent out a missing parcel request to them, it got delivered to me) but I thought I would still let you know about this. The product itself was very high quality and looked like it would last for a long time, but waiting so long and spending a lot of money just to have the wrong size was disappointing to say the least. The binders did fit one of my relatives though, so I sold them to them instead, so I won't ask for a refund or anything.

It's surprisingly comfortable like compared to my other binder that's my size and even the one that accidentally came a size too big (both from another brand but idk which brand) this is the first binder I actually bought and wasn't from a free binder program and it gets extra points for coming on my birthday ヽ(≧∀≦)ﾉ
