I purchased 2 t-shirts, 2 pair of slip-on shoes, and 1 pair of boots. None of the items fit properly: the shirts were too small and the shoes were too large. YWV replaced all of the items to my satisfaction. I do think the boots and shoes were overpriced given that the boots are all man-made materials rather than leather, and the slip-on's just seem cheap. However, their customer service was superior (Thank You, Mary!), and I love the designs for their shirts. Overall, my experience with YWV was excellent.
