Ozzie Rigor Skort - Black/White

I received the wrong item that I have ordered before. I needed it for a trip. I reached out to have tue correct item sent ASAP as my tip was approaching. The agent was absolutely unhelpful. Never got the correct item. Terrible customer service experience and have spent hundreds of dollars here. It was definitely tue agent, but doesnt matter - they represent tye company. Wasn't looking for anything for free. . just help getting tue item in time for my trip tuat was sent in the wrong size. Still have tue item in tue wrong size and have been charged - fraud!
