I ordered a replacement glass for my frame. When it arrived, it was the wrong dimensions. I contacted them with pictures to explain my dilemma and got an immediate response. Come to find out I have the old sized frame. R was so helpful and told me to keep what I had and they would send the old style for free! I was so impressed and grateful. I will do business with them again the future for sure!
