Costa Rica Finca El Lilo Anaerobic

Wow!

Randomly stumbled across Pinup at a farmers market and cannot stress enough how incredible this coffee is. I picked the Costa Rica on a whim and the fruity notes coming out of this coffee are unbelievable. It's like a hot cup of chocolate covered blackberries, with virtually no harsh acidity. Worked brilliantly in pourover, french press, and as a cold brew. Liked it so much that I shipped a bag to my buddy in Washington state who is into coffee just so he can experience it too!

Great Coffee

This is a fabulous bean. I've gotten many beans from Pinup and this may be one of my favorites. There are other great beans from Pinup, but I wished I had sprung for a big bag........

Great flavor profile!

This was a very fruity profile with some nice citrusy notes. As always, the delivery was very speedy. Another great bean from Pinup!
