This is a good Beanie. Glad it doesn't need SYB's help to return

I'm going to keep this good SafeSleeve Beanie and would consider buying another one to give as a gift. But if it doesn't fit the person receiving the gift Beanie, how could it be returned in the required 30 days? So far SYB has failed for 4 days to help my request to return 2 other products. This is not like the helpful SYB I remember from a previous purchase return.
