Had to contact the company mutiple times to get them to provide FedEx with the correct information so the items could clear customs. Company response time is 48+ hours and there is no fast way to resolve simple issues.
The customer service representative lied about when the information was sent to FedEx and then attempted to blame FedEx for the delay.
