I purchased this Peruvian cacao because I was looking for a true ceremonial cacao. Now that I have experienced it I find it to be mild in flavor and not bitter like others I have tried. I enjoy the flavor and how easily it melts. I usually eat it just as it is and not in a liquid. Overall I am very satisfied, and I will buy it again before I run out of it.
