Burnt and sour

I really wanted to like this coffee based on the reviews and the back story. I was in Costa Rica earlier this year and enjoyed the honey processed coffee I had while there. Unfortunately, the Microdota Mujer Honey beans I received smell somewhat burnt, and once ground and brewed, the coffee tastes burnt and sour.

An exquisite taste

I've been enjoying Costa Rican coffees lately, preferring them to others. But this seems to be the king of all the Costa Rican coffees I have tried. Even more refined taste.
