great products but customer service is terrible
Ordered more glasses and the product is fine. But customer support was not helpful. The CSR could not help me and stated a manager would call me back and never did. The problem is still unresolved. 5 stars for the product but 0 stars for customer support. Buy it somewhere else besides the FG website.

They are just what I wanted. Simple frames allow me to see the world without obstruction.

My 3 star rating does not mean that these are bad in any way. These glasses are well made, comfortable and look great. Unfortunately they are not meant for me. After cataract surgery, my distant vision is 20/20 and the correction at the top make everything fuzzy for me.
