Works great haven’t had any problems with it being to hot as you can adjust the temperature to make it just right for whatever you are using it for.

The heating pad was amazing. Works really well and stays consistent with temperature.

Adjustable heat

This pad is a good size and very thin. There are no instructions included. I put it under my hoglet's cage. There is no adhesive that I could find. Again, installation instructions would be helpful. I'm not sure I installed it correctly. We are in the midst of a cool damp spring so I have it turned on a low setting. The temperature control knob is a twist setting. A digital readout was what I was expecting, and would be better. I considered returning it, but the weather turned very cool and my house is drafty, so I kept it.
