Terrible design, no matter how much I adjust or tighten it always ends up making an extremely loud and obnoxious clicking sound because of the poor design of the axle section. The weight of my chinchilla causes the axle section to bend no matter how much it is tightened or adjusted yet it is marketed as being quiet. I should’ve just kept my old one rather than this idiotically designed, falsely marketed wheel.
