Lily Styling Stool

l am thrilled with my saddle stool. I have two of them. I have a salon in my home and work in another salon 3 days a week. I decided to purchase another stool for craft work. I got the stool within a week and started to put it together. The instructions said that the foot ring would fit tightly on the stem. It did, so much so, that I could not get it off or get it to move down to where it needed to be. The next day, I called the company, the gal I spoke to, told me she would check with her tech folks. She got back to be to let me know that Standish would be sending me another stool. I was impressed with the stool, and AMAZED with your customer service. Thanks so much, Penny Pennella
