Sage & Pip Calming Collars

I have ordered this exact product from Amazon and was incredibly unhappy with it. after reading Sage and Pip product description I was very excited. when it was delivered I immediately reached out as it wasn't what was advertised. product does not work. Their response was that of course they have lavendar and essential oils. Their on line description is the opposite of that. no lavender or essential oils. I sent a screen shot of their claim on line, no response. maybe this will get their attention. At least if you buy on Amazon they will return if you're unhappy instead of being ghosted

So far no changes in any of the dog’s behavior. 2 very large dogs weighing in at 74lbs and another at 86lbs both bully breeds. Also a pug mix that weighs 41lbs no changes. The product recommends 30 day to get results so I’ll wait. At least they smelled good and not overwhelming odor. Lavender is what I smell. The company held to its guaranteed refund and honored policy so I give better stars for transparency. Email was answered quickly and handled professionally. Product just simply didn’t work on my dogs

Want to return the two that are left they do not work. I want a full refund thanks. Thank you, for the quick response. Appreciate customer service.
