I've had some really bad previous experiences with creatine powder, Bloating, stomach upset, bad taste, etc. etc. Rho has delivered a product that solves for all of those previous issues. The only creatine i can tolerate

As a 68 year old women I need to take creatine daily. I started having reflux / LPR issues and I figured out that it was from the creatine powders I was taking. I tried another brand of liposomal which was better, but Rho is the most tolerable so far. Love it!!
