Spherical “what” Mug

It said the order was sent back to the shipper. I contacted PayPal and got a refund. The next day the mugs were delivered to me in plastic bags completely destroyed. No bubble wrap, no box, just 2 thin plastic bags. I will never order from this company again.

Order arrived with both mugs damaged, one so bad it couldn't even be taken out of the bag. Contacted the company asking for replacements or a refund.

Received this broken. Was in a bubble wrapped package only, no box. Highly disappointed, especially after such a lengthy wait.
