Wonderfully tasty coffee infused rub for smoking, grilling, sous vide...in fact any method of meat preparation you could imagine. I do a lot of smoking: brisket, pork butts, ribs and chicken, and this rub goes beautifully with them all. Could in fact be called Moo, Oink & Cluck.
